Learn about the ABCs of meditation (Attention, Balance and Clarity); these are the building blocks of your practice, and we'll be spending plenty of time going into them in more depth. Not only does meditation require focus on these skills within formal practice, it also makes you better equipped to transfer them into your day-to-day life.
In order understand what meditation is, it's also important to have a good idea of what it's not about. That's why we'll spend some time in this section of the course debunking a lot of the myths and misconceptions that people have about meditation.
