It's impossible to achieve blissful happiness in 10 minutes, despite whatever quick fixes meditation apps seem to offer. While apps can be a good place to start meditating, we believe that in order to understand and adapt your own mind, you must learn why it behaves the way it does. This psychological framing guides much of our course content. After all, mindfulness shouldn't start and end when you pick up your phone - it's a versatile practice that can impact every aspect of your daily life.
Meditation allows you to personally embody the qualities and changes you want to see in the world. We can't solve all the world's problems using meditation, but by looking internally for solutions, we can realise that the mind is often the main source of greed, anger, and division.
