When you think about stress, you probably picture a busy mind: overthinking, late nights, tight deadlines, etc. But the truth is, stress doesn’t stay neatly tucked away in your head. It often shows up in subtle, unexpected ways throughout your body.

While most of us know stress can affect our sleep or mood, fewer people realise how deeply it can disrupt their physical health. 

You need to take the time to understand how stress affects your body if you want to fight it off.
