Eating a nutritious diet, exercising regularly and getting adequate sleep are all ways you can promote physical and emotional well-being. Not only do these things keep your body and mind in optimal condition, but they may also make you happier and less stressed out.

The best way to begin a self-care routine is by getting clear on what you need. It doesn’t have to be complex or time-consuming, but it should make you feel good. 

For instance, taking a long walk every day can help relieve stress and lift your mood. Even small amounts of exercise, like 30 minutes daily, can have an uplifting effect.
